Deposits typically reflect instantly after verification, while withdrawal requests may require additional identity verification and processing time, usually within 24-48 hours.
cl10 reserves the right to withhold or refuse payments under suspicion of fraudulent activities or breach of terms.
Limitation of Liability
cl10 provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
We disclaim all liability for losses incurred due to technical failures, unauthorized access, or third-party interference. Users acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses may occur.

Account Policy – Suspension & Closure
cl10 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for reasons including violations of terms, suspected fraudulent behaviour, regulatory requirements, or upon user request.
Before closure, users will be notified and given the opportunity to resolve any issues. Remaining account balances will be refunded following verification procedures.
Accounts found engaged in prohibited activities will be terminated without refund and legal action may be initiated.
